a very very bored, boring and bothersome person. I hate those who irritate but I am an irritant to some as well.

Life Goal
You don't need too many goals in life. I just have one. To travel around the world, ie go to every part of the world. All other things that seem like goals, are merely means to an end. Well, of course, if I like that place, I would like to go there again.

What does your birth month reveal about you?

June

Thinks far with vision. Easily influenced by kindness. Polite and soft-spoken. Having lots of ideas. Sensitive. Active mind. Hesitating, tends to delay. Choosy and always wants the best. Temperamental. Funny and humorous. Loves to joke. Good debating skills. Talkative. Daydreamer. Friendly. Knows how to make friends. Abiding. Able to show character. Easilyhurt. Prone to getting colds. Loves to dress up. Easily bored. Fussy. Seldom shows emotions. Takes time to recover when hurt. Brand conscious. Executive. Stubborn.

this is so darn accurate

Read Schein's article

Read Schein's article on the train today... just 8 pages short. nothing lengthy, very colloquial and easy to digest. And yes, Schein struck a cord because somewhere in the depths of the shelf of notes lie a few chapters of his "Process Consultation" which were part of readings for Yr 2's Strategic HR Class. Didn't read them and kind of regret it.

Anyway, Schein in his article debunked consulting myths and defied consulting conventions. Instead of the very scientific, methodogical method of diagnosis of organization woes through valid instruments such as organizational surveys, employee surveys which most consultants made use of, he proposed that consultants should first strike a relationship with clients/interviewees. With a relationship based on trust, then the clients and interviewees will be comfortable enough to tell you about that honest feelings, and views which are then more VALID.

The issue glares at me here. STRIKE A RELATIONSHIP... Well... much easier said than done. Strike WHAT kind of relationship? HOW to strike a relationship?

I guess there are so many more things to learn out there apart from the brainy analytical skills, diagnostical skills, problem-solving skills...

What sets me apart from the rest?

Where's my winning edge?

I'm an ordinary soul wanting to be extraordinarily employed.

Make that an incoherent, rambling soul.

p/s: lazy to refer to his article. i hope i spelt his name correctly.

Cannot stand it already LAW......

Ah... semi finals is over. Guess I performed average and having heard no news from 933, i guess 5 other people are more deserving than me. Well, there's always room for improvement ain't it...

Anyway, just realised that it's WEEK 3, and my notes are piling up really high. There are several heaps on my table and since I managed to finish a 32-vcd, average 70 minute per VCD in 6 days (cuz i put the vcd player on perpetual fast forward so much so that my mum wondered why i was watching this drama that has horrible, and in her words "SUCKY" dubbing). Readings beckon.

I have a phobia for LAW, and all things to do with employment law, the employment act and of course getting out of 'employment' on the 4th of May.

Had better overcome all these ASAP!

|| LITTLE WONDERS ~ ROB THOMAS ||

|| LITTLE WONDERS ~ lyrics ||

let it go, let it roll right off your shoulder
don’t you know the hardest part is over
let it in, let your clarity define you
in the end we will only just remember how it feels

our lives are made in these small hours
these little wonders, these twists & turns of fate
time falls away, but these small hours,
these small hours still remain

let it slide, let your troubles fall behind you
let it shine until you feel it all around you
and i don’t mind
if it’s me you need to turn to
we’ll get by,
it’s the heart that really matters in the end

our lives are made in these small hours
these little wonders, these twists & turns of fate
time falls away, but these small hours,
these small hours still remain

all of my regret will wash away some how
but i can not forget
the way i feel right now

in these small hours
these little wonders
these twists & turns of fate
these twists & turns of fate
time falls away but these small hours
these small hours, still remain,
still remain
these little wonders
these twists & turns of fate
time falls away
but these small hours
these little wonders still remain
