a very very bored, boring and bothersome person. I hate those who irritate but I am an irritant to some as well.

Life Goal
You don't need too many goals in life. I just have one. To travel around the world, ie go to every part of the world. All other things that seem like goals, are merely means to an end. Well, of course, if I like that place, I would like to go there again.

MICHELLENCARROM... i am a 御宅女!

久しぶり!

久しぶり!It has been a long time! Had a lot of good food to eat over the past few weeks! Almost forgot what I had ... anyway, was supposed to follow up. Went to Bosses, Vivocity with granduncle.

Maybe cuz it is newly opened, there wasn't much people when we went in at 12pm, 30th December 06, Friday except for say 2 tables of Japanese tai-tais, Singapore tai-tais, 2 or 3 couples who were on leave like moi.

Bosses serves Shanghainese food, which is not uncommonly found in Singapore these days. And since I haven't been to much Shangainese restaurants, I can't do a good comparison but the menu appears to be rather extensive. The variety of 粉卷was refreshing and offered more than the usual prawns or char-siew. We ordered a 冬菜猪肉, it being one of our family's favourite dish for nostalgic reasons. The dish was not too bad, though more 冬菜 would earn more thumbs up.

We also ordered buns - 叉烧包, 小龙包,狗不理包子. The latter is a Tian Jin dish. Pan-fried at the bottom, wrapped with meat. One dish that deserves mention is the fried French Beans. Not stir-fried as would be commonly served in most Singaporean restaurants, the french beans were dipped in batter and fried with chilli flakes - making it crispy and a little spicy. Thumbs up! I couldnt resist eating the batter on its own.

Next are carb dishes. Hmm... fried la-mien reminded me of the wonderful Hoi-Sin Lo Mien I had in my fav. Cha Chang Teng in MongKok. Even the looks are alike! The fried rice also disappoint. To add to their credit, the variety was also not restricted to one or two choices.

We also ordered a couple more side dishes, which included the orange balls - definitely not ordinary squid balls, sliced fish which you can vaguely see it in the picture etc... We already had a lot to eat but still couldnt resist ordering some desserts. The mango roll (left) - yummy!

Overall: **** out of 5. Definitely going back to try out more dishes in their extensive menu. A little pricy though. The meal set us back by $120. Should be because of the tea that we ordered. We ordered 5 different kinds and they all came in big pots - but are pleased that they have such a big variety. These days - variety is KING.

|| LITTLE WONDERS ~ lyrics ||

let it go, let it roll right off your shoulder
don’t you know the hardest part is over
let it in, let your clarity define you
in the end we will only just remember how it feels

our lives are made in these small hours
these little wonders, these twists & turns of fate
time falls away, but these small hours,
these small hours still remain

let it slide, let your troubles fall behind you
let it shine until you feel it all around you
and i don’t mind
if it’s me you need to turn to
we’ll get by,
it’s the heart that really matters in the end

our lives are made in these small hours
these little wonders, these twists & turns of fate
time falls away, but these small hours,
these small hours still remain

all of my regret will wash away some how
but i can not forget
the way i feel right now

in these small hours
these little wonders
these twists & turns of fate
these twists & turns of fate
time falls away but these small hours
these small hours, still remain,
still remain
these little wonders
these twists & turns of fate
time falls away
but these small hours
these little wonders still remain
